English Premier League players are reportedly on the lookout for watches stolen from Tottenham star Dele Alli during a violent raid on his home on Wednesday morning, putting their watch dealers on high alert.
Two men broke into the 24-year-old’s house in North London, where he is spending the lockdown with his brother and their respective partners.
Alli was threatened and punched during the incident and suffered minor facial injuries in a scuffle. Police are reportedly reviewing surveillance footage of the incident.

Among the items stolen were three watches, reportedly worth a combined £350 000.
After the robbery, Premier League players have reportedly told their watch dealers to keep a sharp eye out for the time pieces.
“These robbers might think they have hit the jackpot stealing these watches, but they are going to face real problems cashing them in,” a source told The Sun newspaper.
“Footballers use a handful of dealers and none will touch a stolen watch because they know it could cause serious problems down the line. It’s not unusual for cops in Dubai and Italy to demand to see papers for watches when passengers pass through security.”
According to the source, one of the stolen watches turning up on the wrist of an EPL star could be the source of serious embarrassment.
“Can you imagine if a watch stolen in a violent robbery ends up on a wrist of a player who then gets arrested? Dele is well connected through the England squad and knows players in Manchester, Newcastle, Liverpool and London where all the main dealers are.
“These dealers know if they accidentally bought any watch that turned out to be one of Dele’s, then they would never sell to a footballer again.” Daily Mast
