After announcing that he will be moving out of Los Angeles to focus on boxing, YouTuber turned boxer Jake Paul is making good on his promises as he puts his Calabasas crib up for sale.
TMZ has reported that Real Estate sources have revealed that Jake wants $7 mil for his 3.5 acre estate which gets you 8 bedrooms and 15,045 square feet.
Jakes mansion comes along with a number of features, a three-story entryway and spiral staircase plus an office, theater, wet bar and gym, 2 waterfalls, grilling area and patios with sweeping views of the canyon.
Last month the YouTube star announced that he was fleeing the distractions of LA to focus more on being a boxing Champion. Reports have it that he could be moving to Miami which is probably a good destination for boxers.
In his neighborhood Jake was infamous for pissing off his neighbors with wild parties and as well as his YouTube shoots.
Last year FBI agents in armored trucks stormed his property with a search warrant and seized some weapons.
