Tory Lanez ordered to stay 100 meters away from Megan Thee Stallion

Tory Lanez was on Tuesday ordered to stay at least 100 meters away from Megan Thee Stallion, as his arraignment was postponed to next month.

The rapper’s next hearing has been scheduled for November 18.

Lanez, who attended the hearing via telephone, was ordered explicitly to avoid any contact with Megan going forward.

“You have been served orally and the court is ordering your attorney to provide you with that protective order,” Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge Miguel Espinoza said.

Lanez, whose legal name is Daystar Peterson, was charged last week with one felony count each of assault with a semiautomatic firearm — personal use of a firearm — and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.

The 28-year-old faces up to 22 years and eight months in prison if convicted.

According to prosecutors, Lanez was driving in an SUV with his 25-year-old victim in the Hollywood Hills when the pair “got into an argument.”

Megan then exited the vehicle before Lanez shot at her feet several times, wounding her.
