Just like the ‘entanglement’ saga, Jada Pinkett-Smith’s latest post celebrating the late rapper Tupac Shakur has left many of Will Smith’s fans concerned about how he feels.
Messages of support for Will have come streaming from social media followers after his wife shared a poem from her ‘friend’ Tupac.
Jada posted a video of a poem titled Lost Soulz which was dedicated to her by Tupac back when they were younger. It was on the eve of what would have been Tupac’s 50th birthday.
In the video Jada is heard reminiscing about the poems and letters which she received from Tupac when he was still alive. The pair reportedly were friends since their first day in high school.
She captioned the video with a long birthday message saying, “Tupac Amaru Shakur would have been 50 midnight tonight! Let’s remember him for that which we loved most… his way with words.”
As much as Jada was genuinely celebrating her friend, Will Smith’s fans could not help but share their thoughts about the issues.
@GreatRinae said, “Will Smith has been the best in everything else except in Jada’s heart.”
Another follower @SheNeedsWah shared emojis of a broken heart with the caption, “Will Smith is a multimillionaire still losing the affection of his wife to a man who died 25 years ago.”
Frank Lucas says, “Will Smith has been Jada’s rebound for nearly three decades now.”
“Jada got Will Smith out here competing with young niggas and ghosts,” said Craig.
Although speculation has it that Jada and Tupac were once girlfriend and boyfriend, Jada shot down those rumors insisting they were just friends.
In an interview with Howard Stern Jada said, “There was a time when I was like, ‘just kiss me! Let’s just see how this goes’… and when I tell you it had to be the most disgusting kiss for us both.”
Last year Jada made headlines after admitting during an episode of her Facebook Watch show Red Table Talk that she had an ‘entanglement’ with family friend August Alsina.
