Dr Dre slams wife’s request for $2 million a month in spousal support

Dr Dre has dismissed his wife’s request for $2 million a month in spousal support as absurd, accusing her of undue anger to approach divorce matters while being manipulated by opportunistic legal representatives.

Earlier this month, the NWA founding member’s estranged wife, Nicole Young, has asked the rap mogul pay her $2million per month in spousal support while settling her $5million legal expenses.

According to TMZ, Dr. Dre feels no need to oblige to Nicole’S temporary spousal support request because he already supports her lifestyle.

According to legal documents seen by the outlet, Dr. Dre allows Young to stay in his Malibu mansion which reportedly costs around $25 million. He also covers her various expenses, noting that their business manager pays her AmEx Centurion Black Card bills.

“This all seems like the wrath of an angry person being exacerbated by opportunistic lawyers,” Dre said in his legal filing.

In addition to paying her lawyer fees, the rap mogul also says that his security delivers meals made by Dre’s personal chef to Nicole three to five times a week.

Young filed for divorce from the Beats Electronics founder in June, citing irreconcilable differences after 24 years of marriage.

The couple has two children, son Truice, 23, and daughter Truly, 19 while the Death Row founder has four other children from previous relationships.
