RnB singer Chris Brown is being sued for $20 million by a woman accusing him of sexual assault. The anonymous woman claims the singer drugged and raped her on December 30, 2020.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, it is alleged that the sexual assault occurred on a yacht at Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs’ home on Miami Beach’s Star Island.

The woman described herself as a ‘professional choreographer, dancer, model and music artist’. She claimed Chris took the phone of a friend she was on FaceTime with and urged her to come to the property as soon as possible.

Once the friend arrived, Chris allegedly offered her a drink and motioned her towards the kitchen on the boat.

She also claims that, while in the kitchen, the singer gave her a red cup containing a mixed drink as they started talking before he re-filled her cup.

She felt ‘a sudden unexplained change in consciousness,” before feeling disoriented, physically unstable, and started to fall in and out of sleep.”

She is demanding $20 million in damages, citing that the alleged assault caused ‘severe emotional distress.’

Her attorneys Ariel Mitchell and George Vrabeck said the woman did not report the case to the police at the time because she was embarrassed and a medical student.
