Actor Vin Diesel has reached out to former friend and co-star Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson with hopes to end the feud between them.

Diesel took to social media making a public invitation to his co-star asking him to return for the finale of the action movie franchise ‘Fast and Furious’.

Diesel posted a picture of his and Johnson’s characters, Dominic Toretto and Luke Hobbs on his official Instagram page.

He captioned the picture saying, “”My little brother Dwayne… the time has come. The world awaits the finale of Fast 10.

“As you know, my children refer to you as Uncle Dwayne in my house. There is not a holiday that goes by that they and you don’t send well wishes… but the time has come.”

“Legacy awaits. I told you years ago that I was going to fulfill my promise to Pablo,” Vin continued.

He added: “I swore that we would reach and manifest the best Fast in the finale that is 10!”

In the post, Diesel added that he had written the letter ‘out of love.’

The two actors were reported to have initially clashed back in 2016 when they had a verbal altercation and Johnson called a few male ‘Fast and Furious’ co-stars ‘candy a**es’ and unprofessional.

This year Johnson revealed that he was finally exiting the franchise but also admitted he was wrong for calling his co-stars ‘candy a**es’.

Diesel said Johnson should not leave the franchise as yet as it creates a vacuum.

He stressed: “Do not leave the franchise idle you have a very important role to play. Hobbs can’t be played by no other. I hope that you rise to the occasion and fulfill your destiny.”
