Tekashi 6ix9ine has been on a spending spree since his early release, with reports indicating that the rapper had already several luxury purchases, including a fleet of five luxury vehicles and expensive trinkets that include jewellery and watches.
The rapper, real name Daniel Hernandez, was released from federal prison last Thursday afternoon to serve the final months of his sentence in home confinement.
6ix9ine suffers from severe asthma, making him particularly susceptible to the coronavirus. This was was the main reason a judge allowed his early release.
He was convicted in November 2018 for his involvement in the Nine Trey Gangster Bloods. Despite facing up to charges that included racketeering, drug trafficking and firearm offenses, the rapper got a lighter sentence after cooperating with authorities.
He will now serve the remainder of a sentence that was supposed to run until August in home confinement.
6ix9ine who is cash flush after signing a lucrative recording contract late last year has not wasted any time after his release as has already spent serious money on luxury items.
According to TMZ.com, the rapper has already purchased a fleet of luxury cars, including a Rolls-Royce, a Mercedes Benz G-Wagon and a Range Rover.
He’s also said to have splashed out on a new jewellery, including a necklace with a shark pendant worth £240,000 and three luxury watches.
The purchases are said to have been made over the phone with the help of an assistant.
