Kai Cenat has been accused of offering social media influencer Gorgeous Doll $200,000 to terminate an alleged pregnancy involving twins.
Gorgeous Doll, whose first name is Courtney, made the claims in a five-part TikTok series posted on Sunday titled My Lore: The $200,000 Abortion – The Kai Cenat True Story.
She alleges that the pair had a relationship in 2023 when the popular streamer was 21 years old.
Cenat has not publicly responded to the claims, which have not been independently verified.
Gorgeous Doll claims relationship began in 2023
Gorgeous Doll says she first connected with Cenat in July 2023 before the pair met for dinner at Nobu.
She claims they subsequently began a romantic and sexual relationship and were not attempting to hide their involvement.
According to her account, they frequently ate together in public and showed affection towards each other, although she never appeared on Cenat’s livestreams.
Clips circulating online reportedly show Cenat reacting excitedly after receiving an affectionate message from her, but they do not independently establish the nature or extent of their alleged relationship.
Influencer alleges she became pregnant with twins
Gorgeous Doll claims she discovered she was pregnant with twins after contraception allegedly failed during one of their encounters.
She says she initially wanted to continue with the pregnancy and presented Cenat with two possible arrangements.
Under the first proposal, she claims Cenat would buy her a house, provide a nanny, pay her $5,000 a month and remain involved in raising the children.
The second option involved terminating the pregnancy in exchange for $100,000 for each child, totalling $200,000.
Gorgeous Doll alleges Cenat selected the abortion option and initially agreed to the full amount.
Claims she ultimately received $150,000
Despite headlines claiming Cenat paid $200,000, Gorgeous Doll says he did not transfer the entire amount.
She alleges that Cenat later asked whether she would accept $150,000 instead and that she agreed.
According to her account, the money arrived in her bank account within one or two days. She claims she then went through the termination largely without his support and found the experience emotionally difficult.
Gorgeous Doll has not publicly produced medical or financial documentation confirming the pregnancy, procedure or alleged payment.
Cenat has not responded
Cenat had not publicly addressed the allegations at the time of publication.
The streamer spent the weekend at ComplexCon in Los Angeles, where he promoted his VIVET fashion brand and met other celebrities, including Ye.
Gorgeous Doll’s videos have generated intense debate online, with some questioning why she decided to disclose the alleged experience three years later.
Others have focused on Cenat’s age at the time and the circumstances surrounding the alleged financial agreement.
Until either Cenat responds or supporting evidence emerges, Gorgeous Doll’s account remains an unverified allegation.
