19-year-old rapper American Lil Mosey, born Lathan Echols, has been charged with rape and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.
According to multiple reports on Thursday, including TMZ, Lil Mosey is wanted in Washington state after failing to appear in court for a scheduled hearing.
Daily Mast understands he is being charged with second-degree rape stemming from an alleged incident in January of this year.
Earlier this year, a woman claims that she and a friend went to a cabin to visit Lil Mosey, but alleges that she was raped by the 19-year-old artist and another man.
Lil Mosey rose to fame in late 2017 with the release of his single “Pull Up”. Mosey’s debut studio album Northsbest included his first Billboard Hot 100 charting single, “Noticed”.
