50 Cent has asked a Florida judge to stop Tia Kemp, the mother of Rick Ross’s son, from allegedly targeting his 14-year-old son, Sire Jackson, online.

The rapper’s petition, filed on Monday in Miami-Dade County, seeks an immediate temporary injunction and a final court order barring Kemp from allegedly stalking, cyberstalking or harassing the teenager, according to court documents obtained by TMZ. Sire is identified by his initials in the filing.

The petition alleges that Kemp repeatedly made insulting comments about Sire online, including calling him “slow” and claiming he is on the autism spectrum.

It also takes issue with a post that allegedly showed Sire alongside a sexually explicit image of a woman the filing identifies as his mother, Daphne Joy.

According to the documents, the alleged posts appeared in four online publications over six days. The filing specifically refers to an interview on October 25 in which Kemp allegedly repeated claims about the teenager.

50 Cent’s petition says his lawyers had previously sent Kemp a cease-and-desist letter demanding that she remove the posts and stop publishing similar material. It alleges that Kemp responded by sharing part of the letter online with the caption, “F u and ya lawyers.”

The rapper says the alleged conduct has caused his son humiliation, embarrassment and mental anguish, and argues that it is likely to continue without court intervention.

The petition asks the judge to impose an immediate temporary order, followed by a final injunction after a hearing.

Feud escalated after alleged assault of Kemp’s son

The filing comes amid a public dispute between 50 Cent and Kemp that intensified after Kemp’s son with Rick Ross, William Roberts III, was allegedly assaulted near Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach earlier this month. 50 Cent mocked the incident online and offered to help the man accused of attacking Roberts, prompting Kemp to respond with posts aimed at the rapper and his family.

Kemp had previously said she received a cease-and-desist letter from 50 Cent’s legal team. TMZ reported that it had contacted her for comment about the court petition but had not received a response.

The allegations in the petition have not been tested in court. No ruling on the requested injunction was reported.
