Singer Justin Bieber has said he will resolve his sexual assault defamation lawsuit in private. The ‘Ghost’ singer is being accused by a woman known as Danielle of sexually assaulting her at a Four Seasons Hotel in Texas in March 2014.

The 27-year-old singer counter sued her for defamation. According to court documents the singer and Danielle agreed to resolve their case in private mediation.

Bieber is suing Danielle and a second accused Kadi, for $10 million in damages after she accused him of sexual assault.

When the accusations first surfaced the singer denied by also providing evidence that he was somewhere else at the time the first accuser claimed the assault happened.

He says he has “indisputable documentary evidence” to prove both sexual accusations are nothing but “outrageous, fabricated lies.”

According to Danielle, Bieber assaulted her at a four Seasons Hotel in Austin on March 9, 2014 after a music event. But, the singer proved that he didn’t stay at the hotel neither did he have a room there. And he was with his then girlfriend Selena Gomez at the time.

The second accuser, Kadi claimed the ‘Yummy’ hit maker assaulted her at Langham Hotel in New York City around 2.30am on May 5, 2015 but the singer insists ‘this is factually impossible.’

He says he was in New York City in May 2015 for the Met Gala, but attended a private after-party where he stayed until 4am and he has photographic evidence and witnesses to back him up.
