Dr Dre is accusing his estranged wife, Nicole Young, of embezzlement, after she allegedly wrote herself a $363 000 cheque.

Dre is accusing Young of the “blatant and unjustifiable criminal embezzlement of corporate funds” after she allegedly siphoned the money from a limited company set up by the former couple in 2015.

Legal representatives of the company, Record One recording studio, claim Nicole Young has drained funds from the five year old company’s primary business account.

The Record One attorneys reportedly plan to file a lawsuit against Nicole if she does not return the money by Tuesday.

Young’s lawyer deny the allegations, which come after she accused the NWA alum of hiding assets from her.

“This is just a low-grade PR stunt by Andre and his team to try to change the fact that he was caught red-handed and sued for trying to cheat Nicole out of community property to which she is entitled,” Young’s attorney Bryan Freedman said in a statement to TMZ.

“There is no question that Nicole had both the contractual and the legal right to have taken this action and Andre’s team is well aware of this fact,” the lawyer continued. “Any suggestion she did something untoward is preposterous and pathetic.”

Young filed for divorce from the Beats Electronics founder in June, citing irreconcilable differences after 24 years of marriage.

The couple has two children, son Truice, 23, and daughter Truly, 19 while the Death Row founder has four other children from previous relationships.
