Future’s latest baby mama, Eliza Reign Seraphin, will not take the determination that the rapper pay $3200 per month in child support lying down, with her legal team indicating that they are unhappy with the ruling.
The amount fell far short of the $53 000 she has been gunning for.
‘We are very hopeful that once we get all the documentation from him, his banking info, his credit card info, that the final child support number would be substantially higher,’ Seraphin’s lawyer Brandon Rotbart told The Shade Room on Tuesday.
Seraphin’s legal team dug in their heels, saying they were expecting a long drawn out battled despite the ruling. Rotbart said the ruling was contrary to the evidence they had of his real earnings.
Future’s accountant said it was his opinion the rapper is only making about $30,000 a month from working.
“We had some other evidence that was contradictory,’ Rotbart told the outlet. ‘It’s only just begun.”
Last month? Future’s Reign said she the rapper behind bars for failing to turn in his financial information despite a court order stating that he does so.
According to Brandon Rotbart, Eliza’s lawyer, Future has repeatedly flouted a court order that requires him to turn in the records so his income can be determined.
