Rapper Future’s latest Baby Mama, Eliza Reign, wants him behind bars for failing to turn in his financial information despite a court order stating that he does so.
According to Brandon Rotbart, Eliza’s lawyer, Future has repeatedly flouted a court order that requires him to turn in the records so his income can be determined.
The Life is Good Rapper instead argues that should he release the information, it would leak.
Reign’s legal team has previously said they planned to seek as much as $53,000 a month in child support based on media reports that Future made almost $20 million in 2019.
She previously rejected Future’s $1,000 a month child support offer that included a gag order provision that barred her from speaking out about the case.
The latest legal challenge is the continuation of a series of legal battles between the two, which include a paternity battle that ended with the rapper taking a DNA test that established that he was indeed the father of one year old baby Reign.
