Migos rapper Offset, real name Kiari Cephus, is demanding that his baby mama give his 4 year old daughter his last name as part of the paternity battle between the two.
According to documents filed in Fulton County, Georgia, by Offset’s representatives, the rapper wants Nicole Marie Algarin, to give his daughter, Kalea Marie Algarin, his last name.
The rapper also wants joint physical and legal custody of Kalea, who he says he is already paying child support for.
In October last year Nicole, who goes by the stage name Shya L’amour, asked for more child support from the Migos star.
In her filling last year, Nicole said Offset had “provided limited financial support.”
She also said she wants Offset to have regular visits on weekends, holidays and in the summer. Kalea is Offset’s fourth kid. Daily Mast
