“Can’t wait to come” – Chris Brown taunts petition organisers in South Africa

Must Try

American singer performer Chris Brown has taken internet trolling to new heights, on Tuesday, as he commented on a post made by a group of activists fighting for his expulsion from South Africa.

Brown, who, sold out the 94 000 capacity FNB stadium in just two hours recently, prompting promoters to organise a second date to meet demand, has been subject of much debate recently.

Women for Change, who launched a petition against his visit recently, has received widespread support, with thousands buying into their cause.

The activist group argued that Brown’s visit would be a body blow to the fight against domestic violence, in a country where it is rampant.

Commenting on a post in which the group tried to raise awareness on the issue, Chris Brown said he could not wait to visit Mzansi.

Brown was arrested after he notoriously assaulted his former girlfriend and singer Rihanna in 2009, leaving her with severe facial injuries. Brown was charged with felony assault and pleaded guilty.

In 2010, Brown was forced to postpone his UK tour after being denied a visa to enter the country due to his assault case, the BBC reported.
