Vanessa Bryant is really not happy with rapper Meek Mill over a lyric he used referencing Kobe’s crash. Vanessa called the line ‘disrespectful.’

“This b**ch I’m f*king always me that she love me, but she ain’t ever showed me // Yeah, and if I ever lack, I’m goin’ out with my chopper, it be another Kobe,’ said Meek Mill in his new song with Lil Baby.

The verse got to Vanessa who quickly called him out in public.

“Dear @meekmill, this line is extremely insensitive and disrespectful. Period… I am not familiar with any of your music, but I believe you can do better than this,’ posted Vanessa on IG.

“If you are a fan, fine, there’s a better way to show your admiration for my husband. This lacks respect and tact,’ she continued.

Meek Mill received a lot of attacks on social media and immediately after Vanessa’s IG post he began tweeting.

“I’m going back savage in this shit… F#%k ya feelings,” read his first tweet. He then followed up with a series of more tweets saying, “Ion trust people gotta play it raw….” Head taps for n##ga tryna pull my cards and “Bobby back… we needed that.”

He continued, “I don’t think we on the same signal y’all…. I don’t see what y’all see… I be looking at the net laughing like I did Whet,” he tweeted. “I say random shit all day on social…. It becomes a trend to hate on me every once in a while but I feed off that shit ima beast literally.”

In his defense from the attack he was getting on social media Mill said, “I apologized to her in private earlier today, not to the public. Nothing I say on my page directed to an internet viral moment or the family of a grieving woman! If you care about someone grieving, change the subject!”

Vanessa lost her husband Kobe and daughter Gianna in a helicopter crash on 26 January 2020. All nine people on board perished as the helicopter crashed.
