Rapper ASAP Rocky went to court to seek a restraining order against a fan that he claims has damaged his property and at one time made it into his master bedroom while he was sleeping.
According to legal documents, the rapper filed for the restraining against Micaela Jimenez after she “has been relentless in her fixation with me and my whereabouts.” He pointed to several incidents over the last two years that highlighted Jimenez’s obsession.
According to the legal documents seen by TMZ, Jimenez contacted his friends and family members, inquiring about his whereabouts. She slept in a car near his home and then claimed they were married.
In the most recent incident, Jimenez showed up at his house, demanded to see him, and threatened to force her way inside of his house. She eventually left after the security asked her to, and she yelled, “F**k you! I’ll be back again!”
In June 2018, she managed to gain entry into his home, assault his assistant and made her way to the rapper’s bedroom.
“I was startled, jumped up, and began to resist [her] advances,” Rocky’s filing stated. She eventually was escorted out by security, and his assistant filed a police report.
However, despite all this Rocky has been denied a temporary restraining order, as he has to wait for next month before a determination is made on the validity of his claims.
It is not illegal for Jiminez to sleep in her car, and the threat appears to be to his friends and security, not him personally, the court said as reason for the denial.
