Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing another lawsuit, with a former child actor alleging the music mogul sexually assaulted him at a Hollywood networking event nearly two decades ago.

The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, was brought by an unnamed plaintiff who claims he was a working child actor when he attended an industry event in the Hollywood Hills in May 2007.

According to court documents, the plaintiff alleges Combs approached him during the gathering and offered to discuss potential acting opportunities in private.

The lawsuit claims Combs then led him to a separate room, where the child actor alleges he was offered alcohol before being sexually assaulted.

The plaintiff alleges he expressed discomfort during the encounter but claims the assault continued.

In addition to naming Combs as a defendant, the lawsuit also targets the talent agencies and representatives who allegedly invited the minor to the event. The complaint accuses them of failing to protect a child actor from potential exploitation and claims they created circumstances that allowed the alleged encounter to occur.

The plaintiff has filed multiple claims, including childhood sexual assault, sexual battery, false imprisonment, intentional infliction of emotional distress and negligent supervision.

Combs has strongly denied the allegations.

In a statement, his spokesperson, Juda Engelmayer, described the lawsuit as “false and ridiculous” and accused the plaintiff of attempting to profit from the rapper’s legal troubles.

“Sean Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone — and that includes any child,” the statement said.

The latest lawsuit adds to a growing list of legal challenges facing the music executive.

Combs is currently serving a 50-month federal prison sentence after being convicted on two counts related to transportation for prostitution. He was acquitted of more serious charges, including racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.

His legal issues first escalated in late 2023 when former girlfriend Cassie Ventura filed a lawsuit accusing him of rape and abuse. That case was settled shortly after it was filed.

Since then, Combs has faced dozens of civil lawsuits alleging misconduct, many of which he has denied.

Meanwhile, prosecutors in Los Angeles are reportedly reviewing separate sexual assault allegations involving music producer John Hay. Combs’ legal team has also denied those claims.

The new lawsuit remains pending, and the allegations have not been proven in court.
