A 22-year-old TikTok star from Miami has been slammed for an alleged “coronavirus challenge” in which she is seen licking a toilet seat aboard a plane.
Ava Louise, twice a Dr. Phil guest, posted the clip on the video-sharing social networking service TikTok and labelled the bizarre stunt the “coronavirus challenge.”
“Please [retweet] this so people can know how to properly be sanitary on the airplane,” she captioned the 6-second clip.
The video which has since gone viral has been slammed as a desperate attention seeking stunt in the midst of a global pandemic that has claimed over 68 deaths in the US alone.
As of 15 March, more than 182,000 people have been infected in more than 80 countries, according to the Johns Hopkins University Center for Systems Science and Engineering.
There have been over 7,500 deaths globally. Just over 3,000 of those deaths have occurred in mainland China. More than 79,000 people have recovered from the coronavirus.
