The 42-year-old reality television star already shares daughter True, eight, and son Tatum, four, with her former partner Tristan Thompson.

During the October 15 episode of The Kardashians, Khloé revealed that True has become excited about the possibility of welcoming a younger sister and has even named the remaining embryo “Tyla”.

Khloé said she liked the name and would consider using it if she decided to have another daughter, but remains uncertain about expanding her family.

“I own the embryo outright. Don’t even need to tell Tristan,” she said. “But I don’t know if I have the bandwidth to have another baby.”

Khloé wants True to experience having a sister

Khloé admitted that part of her would love to have another daughter because of the close relationships she shares with her own sisters.

“It definitely bums me out that True might not have a sister,” she explained.

“I love sisters and I do believe that every girl needs a sister, and I personally would love another daughter. But also, I’m getting older and it’s a lot. I don’t know if this is something I can handle.”

Khloé previously discussed the embryo on her podcast, Khloé in Wonder Land, saying True regularly asks her to have another baby.

“She’s on ice. But I just don’t know,” Khloé said of the embryo. “I think girls need a sister, but am I just programmed to think that?”

Past relationships influence her decision

Khloé also explained that difficult experiences in previous relationships have influenced how she views marriage and motherhood.

She said she had experienced “a lot of situations” that caused her emotional trauma and would prefer to maintain stability for True and Tatum.

Khloé said she would be open to finding a husband but would not necessarily want to have children with him.

“I don’t want me and my husband to have kids and then my kids feel like, ‘Oh, we’re not as important because their daddy lives in this house,’” she said.

“I don’t want to cause a lot of disruption in my household.”

She added that romantic relationships can end, but having children creates a permanent connection between former partners.

“Marriage, you can divorce them,” Khloé said. “If you don’t have kids, you don’t have to see them again.”

Although she has not completely ruled out having another baby, Khloé said she remains content with the family she already has and is carefully considering whether a third child would be right for her.
