United States based British rapper 21 Savage has paid tribute after his brother Terrell Davis was fatally knifed just yards from their family home in Brixton on Sunday night.

A source claims “He had been taking some shopping to his grandmother when he got into an argument with an old friend, who suddenly lunged forward and stabbed him.”

Terrell Davis, a 27-year-old drill rapper known as TM1way, was killed in Brixton after he went to the shops to buy milk for his grandmother, a family source said. 21 Savage confirmed the heartbreaking news through his Instagram page. He shared a heartfelt tribute to his brother.

“Can’t believe somebody took you baby bro. I know I took my anger out on you I wish I could take that sh**t back,” he captioned a childhood photo of himself and his brother, Terrell.

Terrell was a 27-year-old drill rapper following on the footsteps of his brother. His best friend, known only as Bilqees, said her heart is “shattered” and added that she is “lost for words”.

“I can’t believe I’m here writing this. My whole heart is shattered by the thought that you’re gone. I’m just lost for words in all aspects.

“Tman was different from everyone else, he was unique, if you saw him coming from a mile you’re gonna see his smile because Tman’s most worn feature was his smile.

“He was so supportive in many ways, the most jovial person I could ever meet and it’s so sad that I’ll never be able to hear you say Billy or hear your laugh again.

“I’m just lost at this point I can’t lie. He was just calm and easy-going and always laughing or making you laugh.

“Just the other day I spoke to you and told you I missed you. I didn’t even get to see you, now look you’re gone. Rest in Peace Tman. I still can’t believe this.”

Sources have revealed that 21 Savage had not visited the family in England in a while following his legal problems in America, however he has been in contact with the family through WhatsApp and by phone calls.

Born in London, he moved to Atlanta, Georgia at age 7. Savage was arrested by US immigration officers last year due to his visa expiring in 2006.

He was released released from custody after paying a $100,000 bond.
