Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner has been accused of sexually harassing a former bodyguard who is now suing her, daughter Kourtney Kardashian and the security company he worked for.
In documents obtained by People, guard Marc McWilliams is accusing Jenner of having “embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact with [McWilliams] of an inappropriate and sexual nature.”
Jenner, 64, is accused of massaging the man’s neck, shoulders and arms, and resting her hand on his groin.
He alleges that this behavior took place as soon as he began working for Jenner in May 2017 until he was let go in September 2018, during which time she “began repeatedly and frequently causing her body to come into intimate physical contact with the body of [McWilliams] and making overt comments of sexual nature to [McWilliams] on a repeated basis.”
A statement issued by her lawyer, Marty Singer, on Thursday, said Jenner “vehemently” denies Marc McWilliams’ claims, calling them “completely false.”
“When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution,” the statement said.
