It never rains but pours for the Combs family, with rap mogul P Diddy’s son, Christian “King” Combs, now also in the line of fire, after a new lawsuit claiming he sexually assaulted a staffer on a luxury yacht in the Caribbean.

The suit, which was filed on Thursday (April 4) in Los Angeles Superior Court, also lists the Bad Boy mogul as a defendant, for fostering an environment where debauchery was encouraged.

The allegation is the latest in a wave of lawsuits accusing Combs, 54, of sexual assault, sexual trafficking and engaging in other criminal activity. He has denied all the allegations, calling them sickening.

In a complaint filed Thursday in Los Angeles court, Grace O’Marcaigh says that she was working as a stewardess on a superyacht chartered by the Combs family in December 2022 when an intoxicated Christian served her “spiked tequila shots” and then assaulted her.

O’Marcaigh claims Christian forcefully grabbed her arm, prevented her from leaving the sundeck, and forced her to take another shot.

“Plaintiff was quite scared and realized she was in a very dangerous situation,” the paperwork states, adding that O’Marcaigh began to feel strange and “quickly suspected the tequila was spiked.”

O’Marcaigh alleges Christian then proceeded to kiss her neck and face as he groped her legs, breasts, anus, and vagina.

O’Marcaigh said her career in the hospitality industry had been derailed by the incident.

“Prior to being sexually assaulted by defendant Christian Combs, the plaintiff planned to work the entirety of her career in hospitality and the yachting industry,” O’Marcaigh’s attorneys write.

“Unfortunately, those plans have been derailed due to the trauma plaintiff continues to have as a result of the assault.”

“Like father, like son,” said attorney Tyrone Blackburn, who is representing both O’Marcaigh and producer Lil Rod, who filed a similar suit against Diddy in February, in a statement after the filing was made public.

“It gives us no joy or pleasure in filing this suit against Christian Combs who has adopted his father’s pattern and practice of depravity.”

Aaron Dyer, attorney for both King Combs and Diddy, responded to the lawsuit with a statement that focused largely on Blackburn’s conduct.

“This is just another lewd and meritless claim from Tyrone Blackburn — just like what he filed in the Rodney Jones lawsuit, which he still has not served. This complaint is filled with the same kind of manufactured lies and irrelevant facts we’ve come to expect from Blackburn.

This is exactly why the federal judge in New York slapped him two days ago for a ‘pattern of behavior’ in ‘improperly [filing] cases in federal court to garner media attention, embarrass defendants with salacious allegations, and pressure defendants to settle quickly,’ and why he was referred to the disciplinary committee in the Southern District of New York. We will be filing a motion to dismiss this outrageous claim.”
